Refund policy

At APSRAA, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from APSRAA may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • The seal of the product must remain unbroken.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken seal, opened packaging, or signs of usage will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

These restrictions are particularly applicable to cosmetic and personal care products due to hygiene considerations.

3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item different from what was ordered

You must notify APSRAA within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Upon verification, APSRAA will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Full refund, including shipping charges (if applicable).

Under Indian consumer protection rules, sellers must provide refunds or replacements when a product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Attach supporting images if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once the request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, APSRAA will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
