Shipping policy

All orders placed on the APSRAA website are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Locations
APSRAA currently ships across India.
At this time, international shipping may not be available unless specifically mentioned on the website.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline is 7-10 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Courier partner availability
- Weather conditions
- Regional restrictions
- Public holidays or unforeseen operational delays
APSRAA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
APSRAA may offer:
- Free shipping on selected orders or promotions
- Standard shipping fees based on order value or location
These offers may change from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation message.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Customer unavailable at delivery location
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
The package may be returned to APSRAA.
In such cases:
- Re-shipping charges may apply, or
- The order may be cancelled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Damaged Packages During Transit
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please:
- Refuse delivery if the damage is visible, or
- Contact APSRAA within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package and product.
We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund if the damage occurred during transit.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
APSRAA will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
